Groupon had a deal for those zero-calorie shirataki noodles back in December, so I decided to try them out. :O I think this turned out pretty well! :] I’d read somewhere that the noodles turn out a little better when you make more Asian-style recipes, so that’s kinda what I went for. :O I’m sorry for the lack of measurements, but it was very much a “to taste” sort of deal.
Veggie Stir Fry with Zero-Calorie Noodles
Ingredients:
-1 bag Miracle Noodle Shirataki
-mirin
-soy sauce
-rice wine vinegar
-sesame oil
-tofu, cubed/chopped
-mixed veggies (carrots, broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, in my case)
Instructions:
1) Rinse the noodles twice with cold water.
2) Heat up a pan and add sesame oil.
3) Throw noodles and veggies into the pan with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and mirin (all to taste!). Add tofu last.
