Welcome to the second-last Ultimate Coffee Date of 2022! I’m so glad we’re getting an extra hour back this weekend — I have way too many things I need to catch up on!
Ultimate Coffee Date: November 2022
If we were having coffee/tea today, I’d…tell you that I’ve officially been at my workplace for 3 years! At the 3-year mark, you get voted in (or out) and I’m happy to announce that I am still employed and will be staying!
If we were having coffee/tea today, I’d…tell you that I have a shelf of plants in my office now! I’m trying to start with easy ones (aka plants that mostly survive on neglect). So far, they’ve survived the repotting process, so I’ve got that going for me!
If we were having coffee/tea today, I’d…tell you we’ve been dog sitting some more lately! We’ve been leaving water bowls everywhere to encourage everyone to hydrate and Muffin’s cat bed is apparently up for grabs for Tuxy as well.
She looks like she kindasorta knows this bed is not actually hers..

Wow! Congrats on 3 years!! I remember the start of your journey! I too am doing the “plant” thing but at home, not at work. Mine have survived repotting as well, so proud of myself (and the plants of course)
My goals for the year are to try to be more present with the people I love. I don’t want time to get away from me and I feel like I am never “present” with others, always looking and thinking about the next thing!
Aww, thank you! :]! I have one more that I need to repot because it’s looking a little sad — hoping the repotting will revive it (fingers crossed…).
Oh, that’s definitely a good one. I feel like I’m definitely guilty of that as well. (My phone is a major-major distraction and I’m always in planning mode these days because I constantly feel like I’m behind in everything…) That’s gonna be one of my goals as well!

Aw, the animals are too cute. That’s crazy you get voted in or out at your job after three years. I’m glad you’re staying though – one less thing to worry about, right? LOL I don’t really have any big goals for the rest of 2022. Trying to get some books read. :)
