I’m super excited to announce that I’ve been accepted into The Recipe ReDux, a healthy recipe blog challenge created by 3 super-awesome registered dietitians. :]!
On the 21st and 22nd of each month, the members post their recipe based on a [seasonal] topic. :D
This pretty much goes hand in hand with my mission to trying to find/revamp/make up recipes of foods I adore to make them healthier. I’ve been having somewhat of a dry spell lately from my every-other-day recipe-sharing, mostly because of school (hence why there have been so many posts about my actual life lately). This will be good for me, and I can’t wait to see what everyone else comes up with too! <3 My goal in most (that’s the operative word here) of my recipes is to provide recipes that are hopefully all or most of the following:
- Healthy
- Tasty
- Inexpensive
- Quick/Simple
(It’s also for personal stockpiling.)
