The Everything Healthy Mediterranean Cookbook

It’s Foodie Friday! Honestly, I’m really not a fan of recommending any kind of diet to my patients (unless they have specific restrictions, e.g. celiac disease), but if I had to choose one, I’d go with the Mediterranean diet. Sooo I’m sharing a review of The Everything Healthy Mediterranean Cookbook today!

    1. The best kind of food. :]! Thanks for stopping by!

  3. I can’t have gluten, and I don’t eat tons of dairy, but besides that, I’m just trying to find ways to add more veggies to my diet. I really dislike so many of them. LOL
