Honestly, I’m really not a fan of recommending any kind of diet to my patients (unless they have specific restrictions, e.g. celiac disease), but if I had to choose one, I’d go with the Mediterranean diet. Sooo I’m sharing a review of The Everything Healthy Mediterranean Cookbook today!

Mediterranean is my hands-down favorite cuisine. It just feels healthy in my body, and it’s delicious too! Definitely going to check out this cookbook. Thanks for sharing!
I can’t have gluten, and I don’t eat tons of dairy, but besides that, I’m just trying to find ways to add more veggies to my diet. I really dislike so many of them. LOL
woow I made the Pasta and Rice. thank you for sharing healthy recipes. I have tried to make it with some other stuff added to it. I have added saffron threads from https://sevensaffron.com/ and really liked the taste. Thanks a lot for the amazing recipe
