Whether or not you’re actually looking to lose weight, the Mediterranean diet is generally healthier than most “diets” out there and this includes a lot of delicious-lookin’ no-nonsense recipes.

The Mediterranean diet is probably the best one! It always gets written about in research articles. People seem to live a long time on it. Sometimes I think about going pescatarian and following a Mediterranean diet. Maybe one day!

Agreed! I haven’t really fully embraced it yet but I do a kindasorta modified version right now! :P
