Lose Weight with the Mediterranean Diet

The Mediterranean diet is high in fiber and includes healthy fats — it’s tastier than lots of “low-fat” diet options and can be comfortably followed for long periods of time. (I generally take issue with “diets” because most of them are not sustainable, but this one is!) This section also talks about fueling for short/longer workouts + emphasizes the importance of a healthy diet as well as regular physical activity/exercise. Music to my ears!

    The Mediterranean diet is probably the best one! It always gets written about in research articles. People seem to live a long time on it. Sometimes I think about going pescatarian and following a Mediterranean diet. Maybe one day!
    That strawberry yogurt soup looks yummy!

    1. Agreed! I haven’t really fully embraced it yet but I do a kindasorta modified version right now! :P
