Perhaps not the most aesthetically pleasing as far as salads go, but this is super tasty, simple to make, and very filling! It’s also part of installment #2 of the next batch of recipes that Hira and I tackled. :O (Recipe adapted from here!)
Super simple, quick and easy recipe today! I’ve always loved Deviled Eggs, but for some reason, I never end up making it all that often. (Here’s version 1 though. :O )
Whenever possible, Hira and I try to get together on Saturdays to cook up several batches of a bunch of different dishes so that we’ll have food for the week. It helps immensely to have another person to do this with.
It was my birthday last week, which is slightly bittersweet because it means that I now officially have to pay for my own health insurance (nooooo!!!). Parting is such sweet sorrow. :[! However, I have pretty much the coolest friends ever, so…three birthday celebrations later, I am finally actually writing about it. :O
