This was my last rotation in med school!!! The senioritis was strong, but thankfully, I had a super nice and very understanding preceptor! (He actually gave me a couple afternoons off!) Read on for my very last “Day in the Life” for medical school!
This was my last elective in med school, and for some reason, it took a billion moons to find one.
I wanted to stay in California in the general vicinity of home for another 2 weeks. I looked for everything from Acupuncture to Occupational Medicine to Sports Medicine to Family Medicine to Nutrition to Physical Therapy …
It’s been a couple eons since I’ve written a “Day in the Life” post, and truth be told, I’m about…3 rotations behind? Oops. It’s mostly because I broke my hand right after my Neurosurgery rotation. It made life a tad difficult, but I learned to deal!
What with two back-to-back inpatientrotations, a broken hand, and a hell of a lot of driving/flying/traveling in general, I’ve unfortunately run out of scheduled-into-the-future posts…so I stole this from Suz, and took until now to finish it because I’m awesome like that.
