Over the past several years, I’ve been kindasorta moving all over the country. I spent most of my life in California, but ran off to New Jersey for grad school, then to West Virginia for med school, Kentucky for some of my rotations…so I was kindasorta following a westward trajectory back home!
I’m on a 2-week stretch of inpatient family medicine service right now so my free time is unfortunately rather sparse, but…I’m back with another cookbook review!
I’ve actually talked about IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) somewhere in the distant past on a Medical Mondays, so this book is super relevant!
Way back in the day, I won Betsy @ The Everyday Warrior for Julia Buckley’s The Fat Burn Revolution (affiliate link!), and I figured I’m sharing my review on it today! I’m not going to discuss every chapter, but you’ll get a good gist on what this book is all about!
If you’re thinking it’s kinda random for me to be reviewing Alana Chernila’s first book after I’ve already written a review of her second one (The Homemade Kitchen)…don’t hate. I received this as a birthday present a couple years ago and didn’t have a chance to write about it til now!
