Raspberry Rosewater Cheesecakes with Fusion Bake Box

Welcome back to Foodie Friday! This may well be the longest I’ve gone without posting for Foodie Friday. :( I can’t promise that it’s going to become a regular thing again (it’s been so, so busy lately), but I promise to try. This week isn’t an actual recipe-recipe, but I wanted to share these Raspberry Rosewater Cheesecakes with you from Fusion Bake Box!

Once upon a time back when I was in my last year of medical school (this feels like 1000 years ago), I stopped by in New Jersey for the weekend before taking my boards. (Little did I know at the time, that’s where I’d end up doing my residency!)

My former housemate/hiking buddy‘s friend offered me free housing for that weekend despite never having even met me!  When I found out her sister Nasiera started Fusion Bake Box, how could I possibly not support such a delicious new endeavor!? (P.S. This isn’t a sponsored post unless you want to count her sister’s act of kindness from 6 years ago as a sponsor.)

I know baking was all the rage last year, but I haven’t ventured very far from the Berry Swirl Cheesecake Bars I usually make. Better late than never, right?

Raspberry Rosewater Cheesecakes with Fusion Bake Box

Fusion Bake Box curates internationally-inspired DIY baking kits that come with easy-to-follow instructions and is shipped right to your door!

Each package is conveniently comes with a instruction sheet that illustrates the prep time, bake time, yield, ingredients you’ll need from your own kitchen, the instructions, a little card with tips/advice, and of course, the ingredients (pictured above)!

The only things I had to supply from my kitchen for this kit:

• Butter
• Cream cheese
• Eggs
• Greek yogurt (we subbed with whole milk yogurt since that’s what we had at home
• Raspberries (optional)

These would make for a super cute activity to do for a date night! (I’m probably biased, but I’ve always been partial to activities that involve food, haha.)

Truth be told, I was a little apprehensive about the rosewater because it can be overpowering.  (Who’s been watching too much GBBO???) These were perfect though and my entire family loved em’ so they disappeared very quickly. (They were kind enough to leave me a couple to photograph during my lunch break!)
