Back in November, I was craving a pumpkin pie milkshake from the Nugget, but seeing as how I was 3000 miles away, obtaining one would have been somewhat difficult. So I made my own!
It didn’t kill my craving simply because it tasted too healthy to be anywhere close to the milkshake from the Nugget, but it is a-okay. This is a nice variation when you’re tired of the usual smoothies?
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup + 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
-1/2 frozen banana
-1/4 cup greek yogurt
-1 tsp ground cinnamon
-nutmeg, to taste
Instructions:
1) Put ingredients in order listed (starting with pumpkin). Start on low, then to high, until thoroughly blended.
