This one was part of my first culinary endeavor with my running buddies. We had to find some way to use the lemons, so here’s one of them. We cut the chicken into small pieces so it’d cook faster (we were hungry), and “stirred” it by just moving the pan around.

This is also from our epic Christmas feast from 2010. I think it’s cute that Nadia decided not to go to culinary school because she didn’t want to have to wash her own dishes. This is one of the billions of reasons why we got along so well.
Apparently, pumpkin/apple picking is one of the quintessential fall activities that you really shouldn’t miss out on over here. As such, I embarked on my very first pumpkin-picking expedition today with one of my housemates! I rode a tractor with her and some of her friends out to the pumpkin fields.
