Microwave Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1/8 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp butter, vegan butter, or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour or almond flour
- cinnamon, to taste
- 1 tsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
Instructions:
- Slice apple and layer into a bowl. Layer in whole wheat flour and rolled oats with softened butter.
- Add in cinnamon to each layer (or to taste).
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until apple slices soften!

Okay, seriously, I love apples, and if I can make an apple dessert in the microwave, then I’m so there. What an easy recipe! I must try!

I feel like I hit the jackpot!! I love apple crisp but would want a small size, so I just don’t make it, as I”m not going to run the oven for a teeny dish. This is perfect! I’m psyched to try it soon!
