Honey Soy Sauce Drumsticks
Nutritional Info: 413 calories, 24g CHO’s, 16g fat, 40g protein + 1326mg sodium!
Ingredients:
- 3 drumsticks
- 1 1/4 tbsp honey
- 1 1/4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Throw all ingredients into a ziploc bag and let marinate anywhere from 2 hours to overnight.
- Place into loaf pan lined with aluminum foil and cook at 400 for 20 minutes. Flip the drumsticks and cook for another 5-10 minutes, then set it at broil for another 10 minutes, or until middle is no longer pink.

Nice…. you could do it with the little ‘drumette’ part of chicken wings too :)
Indeed! I haven’t found those on sale as often lately, but hopefully one of these days! :]
I often buy a big batch of whole wings and then break them down for different uses… the tips are great for stock :)
Good idea! I need to do that; having chicken stock would open up so many more recipe options. :D!
