I have a new food love/supermarket find. If you have a Kroger nearby, you should definitely check it out. :D I credit the supermarket find to my neighbor. (All his recommendations to me have been spot on so far; I think it definitely helps that we both like eating healthy.) In any case, it’s Kroger Carbmaster yogurt. 60-80 calories, very little sugar/carbs and 8 grams of protein. For 40 cents! In a billion different flavors (spiced pear, peach, banana cream pie, key lime pie, strawberry banana, strawberry, strawberry banana, strawberry pomegranate, raspberry yumberry, white chocolate raspberry, carrot cake, strawberry colada, raspberry acai, mixed berry, tropical fruit)! They taste amazing. I went a little crazy and almost got one of each. They’ve all been winners so far, so picking favorites is not gonna be fun.
I’m a happy camper indeed. :O
On to my actual post though: I miss the food in Hong Kong. *-* I pilfered orange pekoe tea bags from all the hotels I stayed at while interviewing for med school, or this recipe could never have happened. >_>

-1 cup boiling water
-sweetened condensed milk, to taste
