Aka what I was eating with steamed veggies for the past week. There are three different recipes here, haha. :D If the steamed veggies look the same to you, it’s because they are. I just switched out the different types of fish for each picture. Yepyep. Tilapia is probably(?) one of the leanest and cheapest type of fish you can get! :D I cut out all carbs from my diet last week to meet my weight class, and they happened to have tilapia on sale, so it worked out rather well.
Grilled Tilapia
Ingredients:
-salmon furikake (rice seasoning; can be found at Asian supermarkets)
-rice wine vinegar
-soy sauce
Ingredients:
-dried oregano
-dried basil
-red wine vinegar
-EVOO
-pepper
Ingredients:
-lemon juice
-Dijon mustard
-garlic powder
-pepper
Instructions:
1) Add all ingredients into a sandwich bag and let marinate for ~1 hour.
2) Throw onto Foreman grill until fish is white and flaky!
