I bought some yellowfin tuna a while back (before my diet started ;_; ) and decided to make something with it so I’d at least have good food to enjoy while cutting back. :O I had this with quinoa and bokchoy. Recipe adapted from here.
‘Grilled’ Ahi Steak
Ingredients:
-soy sauce
-lemon juice
-garlic powder
-EVOO
-sea salt
-freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1) Marinate for ~35 minutes in the fridge.
2) Put it on a pan or on the grill and just let it sit for ~3 minutes on each side.

This looks great! We actually have ahi tuna in the freezer we need to use, I’m going to thaw it out and make this tomorrow!
