I didn’t want to have to wash my food processor twice after making the green muffins, so I decided to make a smoothie while I was at it. :D
Green Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp flax seed meal
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
Instructions:
- Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
