This has been a component of the last two awesome weekend breakfasts, so I figured I’d document the recipe just in case I somehow forget how to make em’. ;_;
Before coming to New Jersey, I’d never actually heard of home fries (what what?)! But as it turns out, fried potatoes are also known as home/house fries, and they are deliciously awesome. They’ve made pretty wonderful additions to our breakfasts!
(Another super awesome breakfast addition is Guacamole Toast. <3 Because avocados make everything better in life!)

Yummy! Fried potatoes are my favorite healthy snack! I think it’s time I get to whip this out in the kitchen again. I miss having this! :)
