This is basically my go-to breakfast since it’s super quick and can be prepared/ready to be consumed by the time I’m done with brushing my teeth, putting on clothes, and all that good stuff.
Chocolate Oatmeal
Ingredients:
-1/3 cup rolled oats
-1 mini-scoop of chocolate protein powder
-1 tsp chia seeds
-1 tsp hemp seeds
-vanilla soy milk (or chocolate, if you want extra chocolate-y oats)
-1/2 banana, sliced
Instructions:
1) Combine oats, milk + protein powder. Mix and microwave for ~1.5 minutes.
2) Top with chia seeds, hemp seeds + sliced banana. Add more milk if desired (or if it’s too hot to eat).
