Chocolate Matcha Popsicles

I’m teaming up with Barleans and Zoku for a popsicle party this month! :] I decided to pair up Barleans Chocolate Silk Greens with some matcha protein powder that I recently got from Naked Nutrition to make these 5-ingredient Chocolate Matcha Popsicles!

As a Barleans blogger, I was provided free products to develop a recipe for the Barleans #popsicleparty. As always, all thoughts + opinions are mine and mine alone.

The Mod Pops popsicle molds I got from Zoku are super awesome and easy to use–all you need to do is fill each pop, put on the lids and pop em’ into the freezer for about 8 hours.

When you want to enjoy one, just take one out and run it under warm water and out it comes! Each of the sticks has a built-in drip guard so your hands will stay clean and un-sticky!

Yield: 6 popsicles

You'll Need...

Directions

  1. Blend 1/2 a medium banana, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, half the soy milk with 1 scoop matcha protein powder together until smooth and pour into popsicle molds.
  2. Blend remainder of Greek yogurt, vanilla soy milk, and chocolate silk greens together and layer into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze until solid.

  • When’s the last time you had a popsicle?
  • What flavor should I make next?
