You'll Need...

• 1/3 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
• 1 tbsp butter-flavored coconut oil
• 1 tbsp Barleans Chocolate Silk Greens
• 1-2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pot on medium-high heat (~6-7/10, if your stovetop happens to have numbers).
2. Pour in the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid, leaving a tiny bit of space to allow it to vent.
3. If no longer hearing any pops for > 30 seconds, remove popcorn from heat and pour into large bowl.
4. Sprinkle with Barleans Chocolate Silk Greens + cinnamon.
5. Toss to mix well and serve!
