Whenever possible, Hira and I try to get together on Saturdays to cook up several batches of a bunch of different dishes so that we’ll have food for the week. It helps immensely to have another person to do this with.
My mom took advantage of the cold of winter to send me unsweetened Sambazon Acai smoothie packs, so they wouldn’t melt en route! I’m makin’ use of em’ now! :D The blackberries are still somewhat frozen, hence the frosted-over look, haha.
From start to finish, this took under 5 minutes to make! :] It may not look the most appetizing, but it’s great as a grab-and-go breakfast. I threw all the ingredients into a mug before going to school for my morning workout, microwaved it and bam! There you go. :O I didn’t want to microwave …
I’m still on a mission to convince myself to like cottage cheese, but have come across the sad realization that it’s a really terrible idea to be eating it while you’re studying STD’s (C. albicans, I’m lookin’ at you >:[ ). Urgh.
