Why hello, everyone! I’m super excited to talk about prAna today! I’ve been hearing amazing things about them through the blogging world, but haven’t had a chance to try out their line yet, so imagine my joy when I got picked to try out something in their new spring collection!

I’m actually splitting this rotation into 2 “day in the life’s” because I spent 3 weeks on the adult service rotating between Team A, B, and C, and my last week in pediatric neurosurgery!
Back in the first two years of medical school, when I was slaving over piles of notes and textbooks every day, mnemonics often rocked my world in terms of helping me to remember things! I’m going to share one with you today on how to live/maintain a healthy life! :D
I am not a morning person. I’ve even written in the past on how to expedite your morning routine as much as possible in an effort to maximize sleep! …But somehow, I’ve been able to force myself to leave the house every morning at 4:45 a.m. (and 4:15 on Fridays ;_; ).
