Back in the first two years of medical school, when I was slaving over piles of notes and textbooks every day, mnemonics often rocked my world in terms of helping me to remember things! I’m going to share one with you today on how to live/maintain a healthy life! :D
I am not a morning person. I’ve even written in the past on how to expedite your morning routine as much as possible in an effort to maximize sleep! …But somehow, I’ve been able to force myself to leave the house every morning at 4:45 a.m. (and 4:15 on Fridays ;_; ).
