It’s Foodie Friday! Back when I was in grad school, my friends and I would stay up til the wee hours of morning playing Settlers of Catan. They came out with their official cookbook a couple months ago, so how could I not get my hands on it?!
I’ve unsuccessfully been waiting for the price to drop on Settlers for the longest time, but alas! It’s probably just as well though, because it’s nice to have intact friendships too. The recipes here vary in that there’s something for every skill level + they’re all Catan-themed in some way, whether it be by a punny name, a resource-inspired dish, or just a tasty game night snack.
