Usually, some people get kinda disgusted when they hear “banana milk,” but unless you hate bananas or aren’t into smoothies…these things are full of goodness and honestly one of the easiest things in the world to make. They often sell this at milk tea places (e.g. TapEx, Q-Cup, Honeyberry), but you can make your own for much, much cheaper!
Banana Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2-1 cup soy milk
- 1 tbsp flax seed
Instructions:
- Break banana into bite-sized chunks and place in blender.
- Add enough soy milk to cover the bananas completely, along with a scoop of flax seed.
- Blend until smooth.
