Welcome to Foodie Friday! Guess who finally has another recipe up!? (I feel like I’ve said this with every recipe post I’ve made this year…) I’m back today with a recipe forrrr a 5 Ingredient Mango Float!
I know the days are getting colder so a frozen dessert may not be the first thing on your mind, but if it can always be time for ice cream, it can be time for this as well. *-*
My brother learned this recipe whilst hanging out in the Philippines! We were celebrating my mom’s birthday this week so he decided to make this for her and I got to vicariously benefit from it. I love that it doesn’t take long to make and only requires 5 ingredients! (The hardest part was waiting for it to freeze back up.)
You can get all fancy and make designs out of the mango on top if you’d like! We couldn’t find any fresh + ripe mangos so we went with frozen this time around, but I’m probably gonna want to remake this again at some point.
5 Ingredient Mango Float
5 Ingredient Mango Float
Ingredients
- 4 ripe mangos or 24 oz frozen mangos
- 1 cup sweetened coconut condensed milk
- 1 can Reddi-Whip/whipped cream*
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 box of graham crackers 12 full graham cracker sheets + extra crushed graham cracker for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine whipped cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl and mix together.
- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a glass baking dish. (You can trim graham crackers to fit into the gaps.)
- Layer in 1/3 of the cream mixture and add a layer of mango pieces/slices.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, top with cream mixture + mangos, then repeat once more (ending with the mangos). Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top.
- Refrigerate or freeze overnight to set before serving.

Thank you! Mango’s gotta be one of my favorite fruits! :]
Awee! I didn’t know there was condensed coconut milk. I’ll look for that. Your recipe is easy, simple and I imagine very sweet and with coconut flavor.
