3 YouTube Fitness Channels To Check Out

I’m usually a bit behind the times (I like to think I have a fairly legit excuse), but it’s only a day off, and it goes hand in hand with this week’s The Fit Dish (hosted by Jessica and Jill) theme is on…YouTube Fitness videos!

First off, I’d like to introduce you to a FREE 8-week fitness challenge hosted by Fit Approach & Run To The Finish!

Don’t have a gym membership? Moving all over the place? Short on time? Well, that’s where this week’s theme comes into play! I’m sharing…3 fitness YouTube channels for you to check out! Yes, I subscribe to all of them. No, I haven’t watched all the videos.

Two of em’ share workouts and healthy living tips…and the last one is just for funsies. If you’re not a fan of ridiculous humor that makes fun of everything and may be laced with profanity every here and there, you might not enjoy the last one as much.

Zuzka Light

I’ve talked at length about Zuzka in another post, but she’s awesome, and creates all sorts of quick but challenging workouts to do for the time-crunched soul (which is kinda perfect for me, especially right now). For instance, this 5-Minute Hotel Room Workout!

Blogilates (aka Cassey Ho)

I think I’ve at least mentioned Cassey/Blogilates a couple times on here, but I love how positive she is, even when she’s murdering me on a workout! She also has another channel (BlogilatesTV) where she shares videos on healthy foods, recipes, fashion, etc.!

Here’s one of her ab videos!

BroScienceLife

heh heh heh, so long as you don’t take anything that Dom says seriously, you will likely have a blast on his channel, because he’s hilarious! Some of my favorite classics include “How To Skip Leg Day” and “How to Hit on a Girl at the Gym.” (Hopefully, you can tell just by those that he is being completely ridiculous. (If you can’t stand profanity, you probably won’t enjoy this as much.)

Here’s one of his newer ones on How to Bring a Beginner to the Gym!

Two “tokens of Dom wisdom”:

If you’re afraid of dying, then just be stronger than death. Or ask a stranger for a spot, which is scarier than death.”
