But it’s okay. We already knew I was full of them shining moments.
I’m going to very quickly change the subject by sharing one of my favorite soups with you today! The recipe is from my dad, who enjoys concocting usually-edible substances out of whatever he finds in the fridge/pantry!
豆腐汤 (Tofu Soup)
Ingredients:
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 cans water
- 1 block tofu, cubed
- 1 1/2 tbsp chicken essence
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Bring the water to a boil and add the chicken essence and corn.
- Add tofu last, then add pepper as desired.
