Crud. I’m finally running out of recipes and we haven’t made anything new in a while (such is the life of a medical student, I guess), so it looks like I’m gonna try to see if I can pilfer recipes from people at church, which definitely isn’t a bad thing since they make so many delicious foods all the time! It’d be nice to be able to document em’ so that I can make them in the future!
In the meantime, here’s another version for super delicious guacamole! (Version 1 is here. I will likely remake it someday and replace the picture because it ain’t that pretty.) This one is very much a “to taste” sort of recipe–I’m a big believer in the fact that guacamole makes everything in life better. If you’re not a fan, we can probably still get along because it means that I’d get to have all of it. :]
Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 2-3 avocado, mashed
- 1-2 small tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 2-3 tbsp cilantro, minced
- sprinkle of sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- sprinkle of paprika
Instructions:
- Mash the avocado, dice the tomatoes/onions, and mince the cilantro.
- Add salt, pepper and paprika, to taste.
