For the record, this isn’t actually spicy. I just called it “fiery” because the top looked like fictional lava. :O This may also look somewhat familiar to my instagram followers who were with me as I went through boards hell. I’m finally sharing the recipe! :P Procrastination at its finest.
Fiery Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
(Green/Bottom layer)
- 2 cups of kale
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop MLO super high protein powder (or your choice of protein powder)
(Red/Top layer)
- 14 frozen raspberries
- 3 frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 frozen mango chunks
- enough coconut water to blend
(Toppings)
- KIND dark chocolate cranberry granola
- chia seeds
- hemp seeds
Instructions:
- Blend each layer separately and pour into a cup! If you have extras, just drink it. :O
